Each one-to-one is tailored to your individual needs. Together, we’ll explore techniques that you can use to uncover what’s on your mind and in your heart. From structured prompts to free writing, the approaches we cover are flexible and responsive to where you are.

Journal writing is a chance to connect with your whole self. It can support emotional wellbeing, creativity, personal growth, and mental clarity. Through my one-to-one sessions, you’ll learn how to use journaling as a powerful tool for insight, growth and change. Sessions are held online, or in-person depending on location. We begin with a short check-in and a gentle, warm-up writing activity to settle into the space. Then we’ll explore various techniques and sources of inspiration that will help you on your journaling journey. There will also be the chance to discuss your experience of any activities you’ve tried at home.
